ServerSide, Inc. has been engaged by Trust Deed Gallery, a California based real estate promissory note exchange, for web site architectural, development and hosting services to produce their new trust deed auction web site. This new site will facilitate the listing of trust deeds for auction, provide due diligence information, conduct the auctions, allow bidding by registered bidders and if needed assists in syndication of remaining amounts to be raised for a given trust deed note. Trust Deed Gallery personnel will be given tools to assist them in all of the administrative tasks associated with these transactions.  The site will feature a stock transaction style ticker that will display recently completed transactions.
